Island rotational pedicle graft for reconstruction

Abstract

Island rotational pedicle grafts for reconstruction in the area of the nose, the nasolabial and the glabellar areas are well established. The authors advocate this very useful principle for reconstruction in the area of the periorbital tissues. A representative clinical case is demonstrated.
