Abstract
The occurrence of synchronous glioblastoma and meningioma in the absence of hereditary syndromes or radiotherapy is rare. A 63-year-old woman had two adjacent lesions in the left frontal lobe. The histopathology confirmed a fibroblastic meningioma and a glioblastoma.
