Abstract

Granuloma faciale is a rare dermatosis, which is difficult to control therapeutically. A case report of a patient responsive to treatment with dapsone, after failure of other modalities of therapy, is reported. No recurrence after 1 year occurred. The possible action mechanisms and the main side-effects of dapsone are reviewed.
