Abstract

Metabolic clearance of norepinephine (CmNE) has been calculated in 10 normotensive subjects (NT) and 10 borderline hypertensive subjects (HT) at two different infusion rates of 1-NE. Plasma catecholamines have been determined by radio-enzymatic method from arterial blood samples. In these conditions, CmNE is similar in NT and HT.
