When the above article was first published online, there were a couple of errors that were encountered:

1. and are showing an incorrect image.

This has now been corrected to:

2. Paragraph: Patients displayed significantly lower RORC mRNA expression compared to healthy controls (p=0.024). The median relative expression was 4.75 (25th–75th percentile: 0.13–10.2) for lupus patients compared to 6.1 for controls (Figure 1) RORC expression was 5.5 fold lower in SLE than normal controls.

This has now been corrected to:

Patients displayed significantly lower RORC mRNA expression compared to healthy controls (p = 0.024). The median relative expression was 4.75 (25th–75th percentile: 0.13–10.2) for lupus patients compared to 26.24 (25th–75th percentile: 0.4–63.2) for controls (Figure 1). RORC expression was 5.5 fold lower in SLE than normal controls.

3. Lastly, The Legend in Table 3 shows an incorrect data.

This has now been corrected to:
