Tamar M. J. Antin, DrPH, MAA is a Research Scientist at the Prevention Research Center and the Director of the Center for Critical Public Health, a consortium of researchers from the Prevention Research Center in Oakland, CA and the Institute for Scientific Analysis in Alameda, CA. Tamar's current research focuses on tobacco stigma and the unintended consequences of tobacco denormalization approaches for African American and LGBT young people. She is also currently funded to investigate the varied meanings of electronic nicotine delivery systems for diverse groups of adolescents and young adults.
