Abstract
This bibliography includes references from previous bibliographies prepared in this area including those by Kupperstein and Susman (1968), Schmidt (1975), and Weise et al. (1973). It also includes recent references obtained primarily from the Index Medicus and Psychological Abstracts dated to the time of the preparation of this bibliography (i.e., April 1978).
