Errata:
Table 1 has Peru listed twice. The correct one is listed between India and Switzerland, with category 3 under it. The other Peru listing (placed between Austria and France) should be ignored.
The 6th example of policy advice/law in table 3 says:
“Children not to use mobile phone except in emergencies: Austria (check), France, Russia; San Francisco, Toronto (5b)”. “Austria (check)” should not be included beside this policy. “Austria” should instead be in the next line down beside “Use headset for calls.”
Corrections have been made to the online and print publications. The author apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
