Thanks to Dr. Thys van der Molen who noticed an error in our paper (Citation1). Instead of dividing the total CCQ score by 10, we have divided the total CAT score by 10. This means that the total CCQ score should have been 18.1 (2–34) and the CCQ score should have been 2.65 (0.6–5.1). The x-axis in Figure 1 should be changed accordingly: CCQ score to be divided by 10, and the CAT score multiplied by 10.
