Severe circulatory disturbances induced in one thoracal extremity of rabbit by one or repeated tourniquet-procedures did not cause radiographically demonstrable destructive joint lesions, nor provoke the appearance of a rheumatoid factor-like phenomenon in the serum of test animals.

Des troubles circulatoires graves produits dans une extrémité thoracique du lapin par une ou plusieurs expériences au tourniquet ne causèrent ni lésions articulaires destructives démontrables radiographiquement ni l'apparition d'un phénomène semblable au facteur rhumatoïde dans le sérum d'animaux de laboratoire.

Zusammenfassung

Schwere Zirkulationsstörungen, die in einer Thorakalextremität des Kaninchens durch ein oder wiederholte Tourniquet-verfahren herbeigeführt wurden, verursachten weder radiographisch nachweisbar zerstörenden Gelenkverletzungen, noch veranlassten sie die Entstehung einer dem Rheumatoidfaktor ähnlichen Erscheinung im Serum von Versuchstieren.
