Abstract
In this study, the authors validated a scale that measures Management Education by Internet Readiness (MEBIR) using American, Chinese, and Mexican students. The authors analyzed scale properties as well as prospects for Internet-delivered management education programs in China and Mexico. Findings supported the integrity of the original scale and its distinction from one's self-management ability. The MEBIR scale represents a good first step toward a standardized assessment and identification of those most likely to benefit from Internet-mediated education and training efforts.
