Hits, Leads And Drugs Against Malaria Through Diversity-Oriented Synthesis

Following the publication of the Review article by S Dandapani, E Comer, JR Duvall & B Munoz. ‘Hits, leads and drugs against malaria through diversity-oriented synthesis’ in the December 2012 issue of Future Medicinal Chemistry (Future Med. Chem. 4[18], 2279–2294 [2012]), it has been brought to our attention that Table 2 was cited instead of Table 1.

On page 2286 the following sentence appeared as:

As shown in Table 2, the in vitro potencies and metabolic stability of the spirotetrahydro β-carboline series varied dramatically between the four possible stereoisomers.

The sentence should have appeared as:

As shown in Table 1, the in vitro potencies and metabolic stability of the spirotetrahydro β-carboline series varied dramatically between the four possible stereoisomers.

The authors and editors of Future Medicinal Chemistry would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused our readers.
