In this issue, in addition to reviews and addenda articles, we feature a reasoned debate with an editorial. Reasoned debates are part of our mission to serve the scientific community. Whereas in the past, our debates were about ideas on how a compartment or a regulator functions, here we highlight a debate about approaches. We asked two researchers to discuss their favorite way of determining the specificity of GTPase regulators and weighed in with an editorial that evaluates both approaches.
We hope that these kinds of debates will be useful for researchers and ask for your input, either through comments on the website or by sending your comments to be considered for inclusion in the printed version.
