  • The possibility of the interstitial boron site is excluded, because one B atom in this site kill three holes in the hole-doped diamond. It suggests no carriers for all of the samples used in this study.

  • The used parameters are Kiso 10 ppm, Kan 40 ppm, the nuclear quadrupole frequency ∼ 0, broadening of frequency (width of Lorentzian function) w(1)∼ 4 kHz for B(1) site, and ∼ 1.5 MHz, w(2)∼ 24 kHz for B(2) site.
