Attention is also drawn to articles in Proceedings of the 20th Annual Scanning Electron Microscope Symposium. For the 8th Annual Meeting several articles could be found in the chapter “Workshop on Scanning Electron Microscopy and the Law”. However, aside from an article by P. Goebels, this chapter did not deal with filament investigation.
