- The ratio of twin components (D/M) is not constant over the selection of crystals. For two other specimens which we examined in detail, the D/M ratios were 1.17(4) and 1.38(4). The R value on averaging over the two quadrants of data is given by where N = the total number of unique reflections; here, Rave = 0.058.

The largest librational amplitudes were those about the longitudinal axes in each molecular plane: 4.8° for TTF; and 6.1° for 2.5-TCNQF2. The bond lengths and subsequent trends reported here contain corrections on the order 0.002–0.006 A (essentially equivalent to the esd's) and no alterations seem to be warranted
