  • Quantum corrections to g(r) for the hard sphere liquid have been given by Gibson W.G. Molec. Phys. 1975 30 13 13 In the case of our liquid nitrogen model this correction would effectively reduce the difference between the liquid and gas model diameters from 0·045 nm to 0·03 nm, so making the softness argument more plausible.
