- The hydrochloride of 5b was prepared by the following procedure: Addition of 6N hydrochloric acid to 1 g of 5b until solid dissolved. The solution was kept at room temperature for a month. The crystals were collected, washed with isopropyl alcohol and dried in air for 24 h.
