- All melting points and boiling points are uncorrected Infrared spectra were recorded on a PerkiN‐Elmer 283 spectrophotmeter. NMR spectra were taken on a JEOL C‐60 HL spectrometer. Mass spectra were measured on a VG 7070F mass spectrometer. Microanalysis was performed at Australian Microanalytical Service, Melbourne. All new compounds gave satisfactory spectrosopic and combustion data (C. ±0.3% H: ±0.2%)
