  • The Initiative Center for the Decolonization of Estonia was set up on March 30, 1992, in Tallinn. The leader of the movement is Jüri Estam, an expatriate Estonian who fought as a volunteer in the Vietnam war and later worked as a journalist for Radio Free Europe. He was a delegate to the Congress of Estonia and a member of the Estonian Committee. The text is a translation.
