- Backdrop, Rolling Waves Scene Items in the collection, such as Romanesque Cloister, V&A Theatre Collections, (S.27–2000) have been expressly marked, probably by the artist, using a scale that is generally that of 1:24 (½in: 1 foot). This scale relates to the standard scene-room stage model in which (S.72–2000) and related wing-pieces would have been mounted and which is a direct scaled representation of the full-size stage
