  • Some teams do include members whose expertise lies in their special knowledge about the client population being served because they are in fact part of this population. Indigenous workers, as they are sometimes called, appear to be less common in Australia than the U.S.A. The problems created by the inclusion of indigenous workers are beyond the scope of this article. Also beyond the scope of the article is the inclusion of the client as a full-fledged team member.
