  • Liquid InSe is a liquid semiconductor belonging to the narrow definition category, as defined by the authors of Ref. [26]: the conductivity close to the melting point is below 500 Ω−1cm−1 (σ≲100 Ω−1cm−1) and its temperature dependence is positive [21] Liquids in this category are characterized by the existence of a pronounced pseudogapas well as defined mobility edges in the electronic density of states [26]
