Research on Learning in Museums: Three Realities, an Example, and a Promise

Ann Lewin-Benham Ann Lewin-Benham is an educator who founded and for 20 years directed the National Learning Center, Washington, D.C., a complex including Capital Children's Museum, Options School, and the Model Early Learning Center, a robust adaptation of practices in the Reggio Emilia Preschools in Italy. Currently she is living in Memphis with her husband, Judge Robert Benham, and continues to work in the field of education.
