  • Danny Moss is a senior fellow in public relations in the Department of Retailing and
  • Marketing at the Manchester Metropolitan University, where he is the course leader of the
  • full time MA in public relations and also co-director of the Centre for Corporate and Public
  • Affairs. He is a co-organizer of the annual International Public Relations Symposium and is
  • author of many books and articles on the subject of public relations and its role in
  • management. Gary Warnaby is a senior lecturer in the Department of Retailing and Marketing at the
  • Manchester Metropolitan University where he teaches and researches in the area of retail
  • strategy, public relations strategy and the marketing of place.
