BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES Sheelagh Carville and Denise Mitchell are both senior lecturers in Education at Stranmillis University College, Belfast, Northern Ireland. They are members of the Early Years Team and teach on the BEd and BA in Early Childhood Studies degree courses and also on M.Ed programmes.
