Peer Reviewed Article Examining the Use of Lessac Exploration in Shakespearean Text

Kathryn G. Maes Kathy Maes is the Interim Dean, College of Arts and Media, University of Colorado-Denver. Kathy served as dialect coach for four productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company and co-dialect coach with Joan Washington on the Royal National Theatre's Olivier Award-winning production of Arthur Miller's American Clock. Kathy has coached such notable actors as Ralph Fiennes, Brenda Blethyn, Sir John Wood, and Pierce Brosnan. In summer 2003, Kathy served as vocal/dialect coach for Sir Peter Hall Company's in London and Bath, England. She served as Head of Voice at the Denver Center Theatre Company prior to coming to UCD in 1992.
