• TLC analysis of the crude sample showed a single spot and we are unable to detect the other spot related with the minor isomer and isolated it. The major isomer was obtained as an oil by chromatography on silica gel with hexane-ethylacetate as eluent (9/1). GC-HP analysis using column SBP-5 (30 m × 0.25 mm) of the sample obtained by column chromatography shows a single peak with Rf 19.33
