- An interesting exception to this statement was found in one prepared statement where it was noted that the company's plans to be Y2K-compliant could not control its corporate partners. In essence, its statement seemed to indicate that some of its partners may not be Y2K-compliant (i.e., that was the company's hedge on its ability to solve the M-bug).
