•• Data from a large longitudinal study of active-duty marine and navy service members was analyzed. The results showed that more severe PTSD symptoms were associated with a history of TBI before the deployment. Additionally, the likelihood of postdeployment PTSD almost doubled when deployment-related TBI occurred.

•• Prepared by the VA and DOD concussion/mild TBI working group, this clinical practice guideline provides a comprehensive review of the current therapies available for mild TBI. Information on the natural course of the disease and return to work guidelines are included as well.

• This Cochrane systematic review focuses on the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to chronic wounds, but also discusses many other applications of HBOT. The authors stress that the majority of proposed uses of HBOT are unproven or have shown no benefit in high-quality studies.
