Who Should Represent the Palestinians?

  • This refers to a meeting of the foreign ministers of Egypt, Syria and Jordan and a PLO delegation in Cairo on January 3-4, 1975 to decide a coordinated Arab policy before the Geneva Conference. Egypt reportedly wanted Jordan to be authorized to represent the Palestinians at Geneva, but the PLO refused — Ed.
