Ros Gray Ros Gray is a Lecturer in Critical Studies in the Department of Art, Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a visiting tutor in the MPhil/ PhD program Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art, London. Her PhD thesis Ambitions of Cinema: Revolution, Event, Screen investigated the cinema screen as a site of radical gathering and the circulations of filmmakers, films, and filmmaking practices through various revolutionary situations in Africa and Europe from the late 1960s to the early 1980s. She has written on contemporary art, world cinema, notions of textuality, and the metaphorics of textile in various art journals.
