- Note: The CIPFA publication covers water companies in England and Wales, and figures for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc The WAA publication covers water authorities in England and Wales only. Each water authority produces its own annual report and accounts. There is no collected edition of these, although certain frnancial figures are brought together in the pubications listed above.
