Correction to: Effect of MT1-MMP deficiency and overexpression in corneal keratocytes on vascular endothelial cell migration and proliferation

This article refers to:
Effect of MT1-MMP Deficiency and Overexpression in Corneal Keratocytes on Vascular Endothelial Cell Migration and Proliferation

Azar DT, Casanova FH, Mimura T, Jain S, Chang J-H. Effect of MT1-MMP deficiency and overexpression in corneal keratocytes on vascular endothelial cell migration and proliferation. Curr Eye Res 2008;33:954–962.

Following publication of this article, an error has been identified in this article. Figure 1 in this paper did not illustrate cells from the MT1-MMP KO cell line, as indicated by the labeling of the figure. Below is a corrected Figure 1 A-H which does show representative images of the keratocyte cell lines used in the experiments (WT, and MT1-MMP KO). We have repeated the immunohistochemical characterization of the keratocyte (WT and MT1-MMP KO) cell lines, and we observed similar results to those shown in Figure 1 A-H published in the journal. Figures 1I, 1J, 1K, and 1L and Figures 2–4 remain unchanged. All figure legends remain unchanged. The abstract, methods, results, conclusions, and discussion are unaffected by this mistake and also remain unchanged.

Revised Figure 1A–H

We apologize for this mistake and acknowledge KyuYeon Han, PhD for his assistance.
