Pat Crosson

Pat Crosson ([email protected]) is the senior advisor for academic policy at the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education and professor emeritus of higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At the University of Massachusetts, she also held positions as department chair, director of the Institute for Education Policy, deputy provost, and provost and senior vice chancellor for academic affairs.

Bonnie Orcutt

Bonnie Orcutt ([email protected]) is the director of learning outcomes assessment at the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education and a professor of economics at Worcester State University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Educational Assessment Network; on the GEMS/VALUE Quality Assurance Group, an advisory leadership group for the Association of American Colleges and Universities' GEMS/VALUE project; and as an assessment consultant.
