Tia Brown McNair
Tia Brown McNair is the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Student Success and the Executive Director for the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) Campus Centers at the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U). McNair also directs AAC&U’s Summer Institute on TRHT Campus Centers and leads AAC&U’s efforts on equity and inclusive excellence.

Eric N. Ford is the Director for the Choice Program at the University of Maryland–Baltimore County’s (UMBC) Shriver Center. Eric is responsible for leading the planning, development, and outreach efforts of The Choice Program with overall oversight of internal programmatic and financial processes. Eric is also leads UMBC’s Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Campus Center.
