Marketing ergonomics: removing value rigidity

Abstract

Human beings in everyrole are affected with one kind of value rigidity or another. So why should ergonomists not have their fair share of it, e.g. by not listening to others and not making others listen to them. This essay deals with some of these rigidities and how to remove them.
