Gary D. Fenstermacher

Gary Fenstermacher is a professor of education at the University of Arizona and is currently president of the American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education. His research interests include the philosophy of research on teaching, teacher education, and educational policy analysis.

Virginia Richardson

Virginia Richardson is a professor of teaching and teacher education in the College of Education, University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ 85721, USA. Her research interests centre on teacher beliefs and change, qualitative methodologies, and the relationship between teaching practice and research.
