Abstract

The ethanolamine-modified polylactide (ETA-PLLA) nanofibrous microsphere was fabricated by emulsification combine with a thermally induced phase separation method. The drug loading density of loxoprofen Sodium was 11.5%, the drug loading density of ibuprofen was 2.25%, which should be attributed to the hydrophilic of ETA-PLLA. The nanofibrous injectable microspheres have a slow release effect with the loxoprofen sodium, it can prolong the time of the action of drugs in the body, reduce the side effects of drugs. It indicated that the microspheres can be used for drug loading, and it is also expected to be used for cell carriers.
