Christiaan F. H. van Schravendijk

CHRIS VAN SCHRAVENDIJK is full professor of Biomedical Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy. He is general co-ordinator for the Master Program in Medical and Pharmaceutical Research and chairman of the PhD in Medical Sciences. He teaches in the ‘sciences track’ of the (bio)medical study programmes; ‘Scientific thought and computer science’ in the first year Bachelor, ‘Development and defence of a scientific hypothesis’ in the third year Bachelor, ‘Life sciences from basis to guide' in the first year Master.

Jadwiga Mirecka

JADWIGA MIRECKA is professor of histology, head of the Department of Medical Education in JUMC and current member of the Executive Committees of the two organizations: AMEE, and ORHPEUS (Organization for PhD European Studies in Health Sciences). She is actively involved in the Bologna Process within the National Bologna Promoting Team And Working Group on Qualification Framework. For many years she was a vice-president of the Accreditation Committee for Medical Universities in Poland.
