Abstract

The synthesis of thated nucleoside and nucleotide analogues, and determination of their structures, conformations, potential chemotherapeutic activities, and substratehnhibitor properties in various enzyme systems, with emphasis on enzymes related to chemotherapeutic activities, are reported.
