Abstract

We synthesized (23 mer) ODN with different modifications, directed against nt 326–348 of HCV-RNA. The ODN contains 6 modified nucleotides. The types of modification we tested are nonionic (methylphosphonates, benzylphosphonates) and ionic phosphothioates.
