Investigation and development of technology for automatic argon-arc narrow gap welding of Du-850 pipes for reactor cooling plant to water–water reactors

Abstract

The technology of automatic narrow-gap argon-arc welding of pipes of the main circulation pipeline Du-850 of water–water nuclear reactors is investigated and developed. Welding is carried out using automatic welding systems with Sv-10G1SN1MA welding wire. The welded joints were investigated by metallographic methods, and the mechanical properties were determined.
