As usual, the Editors are delighted to welcome readers to the latest edition of the Journal and hope that you find interesting new material that supports your research and teaching. As we start the 24th volume, we are in an excellent position regarding the flow and quality of Journal submissions, working towards an improved ranking in the next iteration of the Association of Business Schools Guide.
With the new volume, we have a number of changes in hand to enhance the appearance of the Journal in its hard copy form: including a new cover design and changes to the Editorial content. The Editorial will become a focus for editorialising around important issues, rather than just summarising the papers in the issue. The Editors would be delighted to hear from readers with thoughts on further improving the value of the Journal to its several audiences. We are also in the process of reviewing our Editorial Board with a view to expanding our global profile and hope to complete this in time for the next issue.
As the Journal has become increasingly recognised and highly respected with international authors and readers over the last few years we will be implementing firmer criteria for the acceptance of submissions, with initial assessment by the Editors and the Editorial Board, before papers are sent out for peer review by independent experts. We would like to thank our diligent Reviewers who continue to contribute their time and expertise to make the Journal the success it is today.
In the meantime, the Editors look forward to receiving the thoughts of readers on the enhancement of the Journal and its global impact.
