Equality, institutions and leadership: a tentative synthesis

Abstract

This briefing discusses the relationship between personality and power in the development of leadership behaviour. It argues from the premise that leadership behaviour with a focus toward changing unjust power relations is different from leadership behaviour that takes place within accepted power arrangements.
