As this represents a breach of publishing ethics and of warranties made by the authors with respect to originality and provenance, we are retracting the article.

Although not all authors were responsible for the overlap in content, they have all agreed to the retraction of this article to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record. The authors would like to apologize for their poor judgment when preparing and submitting the article.
