Erratum
In issue 10(3) of the International Journal of Food Properties, Associate Editor, Dr. Shyam Sablani's affiliation was incorrectly listed as “Sultan Waboos University”. It should have been listed as “Sultan Qaboos University”. Furthermore, his new affiliation is with the Biological Systems Engineering Department of Washington State University. The publisher wishes to express its sincere regret for this typo on the inside front cover of our previous issue.
