Abstract
A brief summary of published information on gradation when using cross-line screens is made. The effect of a supplementary highlighting exposure when using "lith" type emulsions is studied. Comparison reproduction curves indicate that considerable modification of gradation is possible when using a cross-line screen and employing the suggested technique.
