Abstract

A variety of alkylating agents, acylating agents, peroxides, balogenoted derivatives, and nitrogen derivatives have been reviewed, principally in terms of their synthesis, areas of utility, stability, distribution, reactivity, levels of exposure, population at risk, metabolism, carcinogenicity, and mutagenicity.
