Page 7: “…settings a different regimen with multiple drugs, i.g. INH plus rifampicin is an example of different regimens with multiple drugs. Therefore i.g. (exempli gratia, for example) is more suitable than i.e. (id est, that is). INH plus rifampicin, is recommended to reach complete cure…” should read as “…settings a different regimen with multiple drugs, e.g. INH plus rifampicin, is recommended to reach complete cure….”

This has now been corrected in both print and online versions.
